This Creamy Roasted Garlic Dressing is tangy, garlicky, and absolutely delicious! Perfect on salads, dipping fries, and drizzling on roasted veggies or rice bowls.
Add all ingredients (roasted garlic, mayo, buttermilk, olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon, chives, salt & pepper) to a food processor or blender. Blend 10-15 seconds or until smooth and there are no more chunks of garlic.
It's best to wait a couple hours before serving so the flavors meld. Feel free to make a day or 2 in advance. Enjoy!
Notes
This recipe makes 2/3 cup of dressing.
Store the dressing in an air-tight container in the fridge and use within 4-5 days.
To make this recipe with homemade buttermilk, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or white vinegar to a liquid measuring cup, then add milk to the 1/3 cup line. Stir and let sit for 5-10 minutes before using.
