Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) bag of mini pretzels
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 3/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt (optional) See notes below

Instructions

  • Add pretzels to a large bowl.  Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and preheat oven to 300℉.
  • Combine all the seasonings and oil in a measuring cup and stir. Pour the seasoned oil over the pretzels and stir until all the pretzels are coated.
  • Distribute the pretzels amongst the baking sheets and scrape any seasoned oil still in the bowl onto the pretzels. Bake pretzels for 7 minutes.
  • Let the pretzels cool completely (I like to wait an hour so so) before storing in an air-tight container. Enjoy!

Notes

  • The serving size (10) is based on 1-ounce snack size bags of pretzels.
  • Kept in an air-tight container, these pretzels should stay fresh for at least a week.
  • If you're salt averse, I would omit the added salt.
