Add the brewed coffee, half & half, Baileys Irish Cream, and Mozart Chocolate Liqueur to your slow cooker and give it a stir to combine. Turn heat to "low", put the lid on and cook for 2 hours.
Turn heat to "warm" for serving and enjoy! Excellent with marshmallows and/or whipped cream on top!
Notes
Important: The cups shown on a coffee pot are not traditional, 8-ounce cups. They are smaller, around 5-6 ounces. For example, my coffee pot produced 4 1/3 cups of brewed coffee from the 6-cup waterline. So brew more than the 6 cups shown on the coffee pot to get 6 cups of brewed coffee.
There are multiple brands of chocolate liqueur. This recipe was developed using Mozart Chocolate Cream, which has a milk chocolate flavor.
This recipe is not cooked on high because it would cook out the alcohol.
Store leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stove or the microwave. Also delicious served cold!
