Equipment

  • 5 quart slow cooker
  • ladle

Ingredients

  • 6 cups brewed coffee see notes below
  • 3/4 cup half & half (6 ounces)
  • 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 1/4 cup Mozart Chocolate Cream Liqueur
  • whipped cream, marshmallows optional toppings

Instructions

  • Add the brewed coffee, half & half, Baileys Irish Cream, and Mozart Chocolate Liqueur to your slow cooker and give it a stir to combine. Turn heat to "low", put the lid on and cook for 2 hours.
  • Turn heat to "warm" for serving and enjoy! Excellent with marshmallows and/or whipped cream on top!

Notes

  • Important:  The cups shown on a coffee pot are not traditional, 8-ounce cups.  They are smaller, around 5-6 ounces.  For example, my coffee pot produced 4 1/3 cups of brewed coffee from the 6-cup waterline.  So brew more than the 6 cups shown on the coffee pot to get 6 cups of brewed coffee.
  • There are multiple brands of chocolate liqueur.  This recipe was developed using Mozart Chocolate Cream, which has a milk chocolate flavor.
  • This recipe is not cooked on high because it would cook out the alcohol.
  • Store leftovers in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.  Reheat on the stove or the microwave.  Also delicious served cold!
