Savory Chicken Rice is an easy, homemade version of that boxed chicken rice that we all grew up eating! It makes a perfect side dish to all your favorite entrées, and it's super easy to make!
Add oil or butter and rice to a small sauce pan. Sauté on medium to medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring often so the rice doesn't burn.
Once the rice starts to turn golden, add garlic, stir for a minute and then add the broth, Better than Bouillon, salt, dried minced onion, poultry seasoning, and pepper. Bring to a boil, stir, then reduce the heat to low, put the lid on and simmer for 18 minutes. Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
