When I get a pound of some nice shrimp on sale, one of my favorite things to make is Jalapeno Lime Shrimp!
The jalapeno, lime, and garlic infused in the shrimp is absolutely perfect for your favorite Mexican fare like tacos and quesadillas, however, they’re also great over rice.
The shrimp could also be turned into grilled shrimp kabobs, or bring the pan of sautéed shrimp to the dinner table with some crusty bread for a more rustic, family-style dinner.

NOTES:
- Make sure you use a non-reactive bowl (plastic or glass) when marinating. Metal bowls have a negative reaction with acids in marinades.
- Don’t marinate the shrimp for too long or the lime juice will start to “cook” the shrimp. Then you’ll have shrimp ceviche ;)
