Spicy Baked Chicken Drumsticks are infused with a flavorful, spicy seasoning blend made with garlic, herbs, and warm spices, then baked in the oven for an easy, delicious, hands-off main course.
Preheat oven to 400℉. Add all the spices/herbs (salt, garlic powder, pepper, paprika, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, dried thyme, dried oregano) to a small bowl. Stir to combine and set aside. Cover a large baking sheet with foil and spray foil with non-stick cooking spray.
Pat chicken drumsticks dry with paper towels (this will help the chicken skin crisp up in the oven), then place chicken in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil/avocado oil over chicken, then sprinkle the spice blend over them. Using tongs or your hands, make sure the oil and spice blend is evenly distributed throughout all the chicken.
Place chicken on baking sheet, making sure they are not touching. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, remove chicken from oven and flip over each piece of chicken, then return to oven for another 20-25 minutes or until a meat thermometer reaches 165℉. Enjoy!

Once cooled, store leftover chicken in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
