Sprinkle chicken with your desired amount of garlic powder and black pepper. Place the drumsticks in your slow cooker and pour Buffalo wing sauce over them. Cook for 6-8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
To crisp up the skin after cooking, place drumsticks on a baking sheet and pop them under the broiler for a couple minutes. Check them often as they can burn easily!
