Ghost Pepper Roasted Nuts are bold, fiery, and crunchy - the ultimate spicy snack! They're packed with delicious, mouth-on-fire flavor for those that can handle the heat!
Heat oven to 325℉. Add the nuts, oil, and all of the seasonings to a mixing bowl and stir thoroughly, ensuring the nuts are evenly coated in spices.
Pour the nuts onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and spread them out in an even layer. Bake for 10 minutes then stir them around and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
The nuts will not be crunchy right when they come out of the oven. Let them come to room temperature, then they'll be nice & crunchy. Enjoy!
Notes
WARNING: These nuts are extremely spicy!
Make sure the nuts have completely cooled before storing. Warm nuts will release moisture, making them go bad.
