Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 cup chopped pickles approx. 5 spears + extra for optional garnish
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill OR 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir to combine. Refrigerate for about an hour to let the flavors mingle. If desired, add chopped pickles on top as a garnish.
  • Excellent served with: tortilla chips, carrot & celery sticks, crackers, potato chips, and pita chips. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Regular and "light" sour cream have worked great in this recipe.
  • If you like spicy foods, try this with Habanero Garlic Pickles!
  •   This recipe has been adapted by Cook Fast Eat Well.
  • Dried dill can also be labeled "dill weed". 
  • The prepared dip can be stored in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
