- Calabrian chili peppers come from the Calabria region of southern Italy.

- The crushed style of these peppers are often combined with oil, basil, salt, and vinegar.

Tips for Perfect Calabrian Chili Butter Pasta:
Here are a few tips to make sure your pasta turns out perfectly:
- One-Pan Tip: For best results, use a large, wide skillet, which helps the pasta cook evenly.
- Parmesan: Grate your own wedge of parmesan cheese to ensure a smooth, non-gritty sauce.
- Control the Spice: Add more or less Calabrian chili peppers depending on how much spice you like.
- Butter: I like to use unsalted butter so that I can control the amount of salt in the dish.
How to store Calabrian Butter Pasta:
Store leftovers in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
