I’m the weirdo that likes dill pickle pizza and pickle-flavored potato chips. Not to mention, I add pickles to all my sandwiches, burgers, and cheese platters. If that’s you too, hello, friend!
I’ve been making my own flavored cream cheese for a while now.
I started with Garlic & Scallion Cream Cheese, then went on to create Giardiniera Vegetable Cream Cheese with leftover Chicago-Style Hot Giardiniera.
