I have grown many kinds of tomatoes over the years, but this year, I’m growing Roma tomatoes, small slicing tomatoes, and some mini cherry tomatoes.
I use my tomatoes in scrambled eggs, guacamole, salsa, on sandwiches, roasted on sheet pan dinners, on burgers, in sauces, the list goes on. We’re cooking a lot with tomatoes these days!

A lot of people are looking for ways to use up tomatoes this time of year, and too often the answer is: pasta sauce.
As great as pasta sauce is, I’m here to bring you other alternatives.
